The Eneloop primary kit rechargeable batteries (white) are in a class of their own when low self-discharge and high re-charging are required. The 4th generation Eneloop batteries have 75% of the charge left after 5 years of storage and are recharged 2100 times.

Eneloop Pro (black Eneloop rechargeable batteries)
Eneloop pro batteries have a higher capacity than the primary series Eneloop batteries, but they can't handle the primary kit rechargeable batteries with other features. Eneloop Pro rechargeable batteries are recharged 500 times and 75% of the charge level is reached after 1 year of storage
